Agios Dimitrianos is a village in the Paphos District of Cyprus, located 12 km west of Pano Panagia.The village was named after the church of Agios Dimitrianos located in the area where the village was built.
This is a charming upside-down traditional stone house, formerly a farmhouse which has been completely renovated and refurbished. As you enter the premises you are greeted with a charming courtyard. To the right is a separate studio which can be utilized as a fourth bedroom or even an art studio. There is water pipes outside of the studio and so there is the potential to add a private shower room. Through the arched walls enter into a spacious dining and living room on the right. The dining and living room have beautiful arched windows which has beautiful mountain views. In the lounge area there is a log burning fire place which is ideal for those cold winter nights. There is also central heating throughout the property. To the left of the property is a reading nook where you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Further in there is a spacious separate kitchen. The kitchen has a lot of space for storage and has a long dining table which can be doubled as a breakfast bar. Around the corner from the kitchen is the first bedroom. This can be doubled as a dining room but it is being utilized as a bedroom. There is also a family shower room to service this first floor. There are two sets of patio doors which lead out to a spacious balcony, from here you can marvel at the beautiful and lush mountain views.
Down the metal staircase you are met with two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are spacious and each have en suite bathrooms that have been renovated. Each room has access to the outside area. Through the patio doors is the spacious outside space. There are different areas where you can sun bathe or dine outside. There is also a spacious private swimming pool which is perfect for the summer time. On the level there is also access to the single garage. Past the swimming pool there is a spacious orchard with a lot of potential for a garden or even a separate BBQ area. In the garden there are many fruit trees like plums, peaches, oranges, lemons, pomegranates, grapes, and olives.
